Quick Fix (10 mins)


The World Health Organisation recommends that we do between 150-300 minutes of exercise a week.

This can be broken down in to 10 minute blocks.

Sometime when we are lacking motivation a full class can seem a bit daunting. Here are some short classes that that meet the WHO guidelines of 10 mins to be effective.
