Looking after your back when doing Chores

Back care in every day life is really important to avoid back pain especially when doing the chores.

Having had my studio for just over three and a half years and being a little bit OCD on the cleanliness of the studio.  I learnt really quickly what is a good position and what isn’t when sweeping and mopping.

If you can getting a broom or a mop with a long handle or buying a long handle will help to alleviate the pressure on the lower back.

– switch on your centre or core

– take the load in the legs Be kind to your back.
