About us


We are a Sports Therapy specialist centre.

Our clinical side we offer Sports Massage Therapy, Pilates & Sports Therapy and GP referral with specialists in Low back pain management, diabetes, obesity and metabolic syndrome.

Our fitness side we offer Personal training and Fitness classes including Pilates, Dance, Bungee fitness, and others.



Established By Luke Katt in 2014. 

Luke is an experienced Sports therapist with more than a quarter of a century in the fitness, leisure and sport industry gaining his first qualifications in 1994.

During 2020 with the onset of Coronavirus we have added an extension to our physical environment, and have created this online resource of fitness and therapy.  Allowing anyone anywhere in the world to access our expertise. 

On demand classes

During the Lockdown with CoronaVirus in 2020, we created digital on demand versions of all of our classes that are taught live in club.

We also created extra classes, in various disciplines and with different running times which our members have loved.
